Rosa Gutierrez currently serves as the Compliance Services Manager for the International Society of Arboriculture, where she handles ethics, governance, and appeals cases. She aspires to be a positive influence for youth and volunteers with Fostering Together and North Point Church. She is also a former mentor with the Latin American Association’s High School Mentoring Program.

She counts the completion of two Master’s degrees - in social work and business - as a working mother as her greatest accomplishment. Rosa values a balanced lifestyle and enjoys spending time exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Rosa on her shero: My shero is, without question, my mother. She is a strong and resilient woman who demonstrated hard work. Her life’s journey was helping her children to be the best. Her worries never ended, but I am the person that I am today because of her courage and willingness to go above and beyond.
